The Orbi is currently available in the following tuning:

We aim to dispatch Orbi's as soon as possible, but please allow between 2-4 weeks from the day of purchase to the day we dispatch your Orbi.
Collection In Person
Please note: Collection in Person is currently not available as an option.
For your delivery, your Orbi will be carried via UPS, TNT, FedEx, DPD or Parcelforce.
Carriage times may vary, dependent on shipper, but please expect between 2-7 days for shipment/carriage
Cost and Pricing
Through our site, we calculate shipping costs in advance using the following method - we take an average of the two lowest quoted shippers (eg, FedEx and UPS - prices accurate as of March 2016). We then add packaging costs (currently £24 for a Double Wall Strength Carton, our Polystyrene/Styrofoam Packaging System and Bubble Wrap). We also add Transit Cover (worth £1000) in our shipping costs - priced at £24 - to protect against loss and damage.
Finally, for shipping, we charge a £22 fee to cover Card Transaction Fees.
Import Duty and Taxes
Please note, Non EU customers will have to pay an additional customs charge for duty and taxes levied at the point of import. The shipping company will pay this amount on your behalf before billing you for the total - either pre-delivery or at a later stage.
The amount due will vary, dependent on country, but expect to pay somewhere between £30 and £60 for this customs charge.
The Orbi should not be played with mallets or placed on the ground – it must only be played with your hands. Any excessive pressure on the surface should generally be avoided.
Try to avoid playing in direct sunlight for long, sustained periods – when the pan gets hot, the sound can distort. If this does occur, leave the pan to cool down for a short while.
If possible, try not to store your Orbi in a case when not in use. This can lead to trapped moisture which can accelerate the rusting process. Cases and bags should only be used for travel purposes.
The rubber rim of the Orbi is not glued on, so care should be taken when holding the Orbi and handling around the rim.
Cleaning and Rust Prevention
After you have finished playing, wipe the surface with a clean, microfibre cloth. Abrasive cleaning materials should not be used on your Orbi because they might damage the surface.
If you notice rust spots on the surface of your Orbi, we recommend the following:
Firstly, use a Magic Eraser to gently rub the affected areas - but be warned - this method can lead to discolouration, so be as gentle as possible.
Then, wipe the surface with a clean, microfibre cloth.
After that, apply a small amount of Froglube onto the surface and polish with a clean, microfibre cloth. Froglube is a popular recommendation from handpan players to coat and protect a pan.
**WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE FROGLUBE TO COAT AND PROTECT THE ORBI ON A FORTNIGHTLY BASIS, AND WIPE THE SURFACE WITH A MICROFIBRE CLOTH AFTER EVERY PLAY**
Your Orbi can be sent back to us at your expense in the box provided (for this reason, we recommend you keep hold of the original box, or the internal packaging components) for retuning. Contact us beforehand, so we can send you further instructions.
We hope you'll like the Orbi you receive, but we promise a refund on your Orbi if you're unhappy with your purchase - just notify us of your decision within 14 days from the day you receive it. You can then expect your refund 14 days from the date we receive your returned item(s).
Please follow the process below for returning your package to us:
1. Notify us about your decision, so we can give you a returns address.
2. Re-pack the Orbi and/or accessories in the original packaging.
3. Return the package using a courier/shipper and obtain a certificate of postage.
4. Keep your proof of postage safe as you will need this as proof of return.
How much does it cost to return?
We're unable to offer a free returns service for our domestic and international customers. However, we are able to advise on shipper/courier services. Please note, returns are made at your own cost.
How long will my refund take to be processed?
We aim to process your return and refund you within 14 days from the day that we receive your returned goods. In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from your chosen shipper/carrier as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
